Dr. Richard Ayah is an accomplished public health physician and academic with over 30 years of experience in health systems leadership, policy research, and medical education. He holds an MBChB, Msc in health systems and Phd in Public Health. He  has dedicated much of his career to advancing universal health coverage, health financing reform, and equitable access to care in Kenya.

As Treasurer of the Bioethical Society of Kenya, Dr. Ayah applies rigorous oversight, transparency, and fiscal discipline to the Society’s operations, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources
